Politburo - Most powerful government group
Consists of 24 people
Only 9 people really have power
National People's Congress - No real power
Only has to sign off on the Party's legislation
Courts and Prosecutors - Very little control, in reality must strictly enforce the laws set by the Politburo and NPC.
State Council - Forms the Executive Branch of the Government, and enforces the laws created by the Politburo
Provinces and Townships - Control very little
Military Affairs Commission - PLA Officers that control the government's actions
Armed Forces - The People’s Liberation Army soldiers, and newly enlisted forces after the revolution
